Governance

Data Rights is set up as a non-profit foundation registered in the Netherlands (“Stichting”).

Data Rights is registered at the Chamber of Commerce (Kamer van Koophandel) Amsterdam under No. 76158799 and RSIN 860528601, and is governed by a Board of Trustees. Our registered address is available on request.

Data Rights’ governing body — the Board of Trustees — meets four times a year and is primary responsible for the organisation. Data Rights has also set up a group of Advisors, who provide external input, expertise, and non-binding guidance to the organisations.
